Die Gilde der Musiker Kyushu (hereinafter "we" or "the organisation") handles personal information obtained through our contact form and other channels in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws. We do not request credit card numbers, bank account details, My Number (Japanese national ID), special-care-required personal information, or other sensitive data. 04Outsourcing and overseas processing
We process contact-form submissions through the external service listed below. Information you enter into the form is transmitted to our administrators via that service provider's servers.
